Enabling Call Recording for Enterprise

This article describes how to enable ConnecttoTeams Call Recording feature for your enterprise. 

Before You Begin

  • Arrange with your service provider to enable the Call Recording service for your enterprise account

Note to the Reseller

To enable the Call Recording add-on for an enterprise, check Enabling Call Recording for Enterprise.

Procedure

Some tasks can be delegated from the Global Admin to users with Teams Administrator role, but due to Microsoft’s security policies, there is no way to complete setup without the Global Administrator’s initial involvement

  1. Log on to the Enterprise Portal as a Global Admin.

  2. From the Enterprise Admin Menu, click on Dashboard page.

  3. Under the Enterprise Admin Action Items table, click Grant Consent on the Call Recording item.

Results

This action will create the necessary online application instance in the Microsoft tenant of the enterprise as well as the new Compliance Recording Policy for Teams.
