This article introduces the navigation menu in the Standard Enterprise Portal available to an Enterprise Admin.
Enterprise Admin Menu
As an Enterprise Admin (EA) with a Global Admin role in your organization, you can do the following within the ConnecttoTeams Enterprise Portal:
View Dashboard which shows you a birds eye view of actions to take, service status, applications deployed to your enterprise and user status.
Manage your Direct Routing setup to enable voice connection between your Microsoft Teams organization and your PBX or trunk platform. The Direct Routing menu is only available if the PBX or Trunk service is enabled for your enterprise.
Manage Phone Numbers which are configured to be used with various services such as for voice calls and SMS messaging.
Manage PBX configurations which are configured connections between your Microsoft Teams organization and your PBX platform. The Direct Routing menu is only available if the PBX service is enabled for your enterprise.
Manage Trunks which are configurations between your Microsoft Teams organization and your Trunk servers. The Direct Routing menu is only available if the Trunk service is enabled for your enterprise.
Manage SMS configurations between your Microsoft Teams organization and your SMS Carriers. The Direct Routing menu is only available if the PBX or SMS service is enabled for your enterprise.
Manage configuration for your federated Chat between Microsoft Teams and other messaging platform like Slack. The Direct Routing menu is only available if the Chat service is enabled for your enterprise.
Bulk Upload users for the various ConnecttoTeams Services.
Monitor Calls so you can get insight into quality of PBX calls. The Direct Routing menu is only available if the PBX or Trunk service is enabled for your enterprise.
Debug Call if you have a specific Call-ID. The Direct Routing menu is only available if the PBX or Trunk service is enabled for your enterprise.
Download the files for the reports you requested to be generated.
Note to the Reseller:
You have the ability to manage the enterprise and see the Enterprise Menu. The “Direct Routing” menu item is not available to you if the Enterprise has not granted the consent for “Enterprise Management”.
