This article discusses how to access the Call Recording Portal where you can listen in to the call recordings.
Introduction
Once ConnecttoTeams Call Recording add-on is enabled the Enterprise Admin or the Call Recording Admin can access the compliance recording Portal.
This Enterprise Admin for call recording is the one who registered the enterprise to ConnecttoTeams. The Call Recording Admin privilege can be granted via the portal. For more information, see Configure Admin Accounts for Call Recording
Before You Begin
Your enterprise must be enabled by the service provider for Call Recording add-on.
You - the Global Admin - must grant the necessary consent to the service provider. For more information, see Enable Call Recording for my Enterprise.
Access the Call Recording Portal
Navigate to https://compliancerecording.connectoteams.com.
Click on Azure AD and login with your Microsoft 365 / Azure AD credentials.
Search, Download and Playback Recordings
To access the recordings, from the left navigation menu of the Call Recording Portal, click Recordings.
Access Your Tenant Settings
To access the settings, from the left navigation menu of the Call Recording Portal, click Tenant Management.
Retrieve Audit Logs
To access the audit logs, from the left navigation menu of the Call Recording Portal, click Audit Logs.
