This article discusses how you can add admin users to your Call Recording Portal.
Before You Begin
Your enterprise must be enabled by the service provider for Call Recording service.
You - the Global Admin - must grant the necessary consent to the service provider. For more information, see Enable Call Recording for my Enterprise.
You have configured for call recording the user/s to be made admins.
Responsibilities of Admin Users for Call Recording
A Call Recording Admin can do the following in the Call Recording Portal:
access the audit logs of the call recording service
search and listen to all call recordings of the tenant
Steps to Configure a Call Recording Admin
From the Enterprise Admin Menu, click on Users.
From the Action column of the user to be made an admin, click … and then click Assign Call Recording Admin option.
Results
Once the user is added as an admin:
The user will have an additional icon in the License Details column in the Users table.
The user will be able to login as administrator to the Call Recording Portal with Azure AD authentication and will be able to manage recordings and view audit logs.
