Disable and Delete Users
Disable users to pause the services for the user.
To delete users, disable them first, then delete them.
Deleting a PBX User or a CallApp User
The following actions must be carried out from the Users page discussed here.
First, disable the user by using the Disable User action menu in the Users table.
Then, click on the Advanced Search button to list the Disabled Users filter.
Then, click the Delete User action for the subject user.
Deleting a Trunk User
The following actions must be carried out from the Trunk Users page discussed here.
First, disable the user by using the Disable User action menu in the Users table.
Then, click on the Advanced Search button to list the Disabled Users filter.
Then, click the Delete User action for the subject user.
Deleting an SMS User
An SMS user is a Teams User with the SMS service enabled. There is a disable user function, but no delete SMS user function. To disable an SMS user, see the instruction here.
