Update Trunk Users (Bulk)

This article provides steps on how to update Teams user's DialPlan Policy and Trunk Profiles. This functionality is available for Master Resellers and Service Providers.

Instructions

1. From the Trunk menu, click Users then Update Users.

2. Select the users that you want to update, then click Confirm Update Users.

3. From the Update Users box, modify the fields for the changes you wish to update then click next.

4. Confirm the changes made then click Update Trunk User.

5. A confirmation message will show on the upper right of the screen and in the activity feed.
