Issue: Out of Sync or App with the Same ID Already Exists in the Tenant Error
When an app is deployed several times in short intervals, this causes an issue in the app deployment. Because of this, an error saying the app needs to be deleted was encountered.
Solution
Steps for the Reseller
Typically, an increment to the version can be done to fix the deployment issue. When incrementing the app version does not fix the error, the Reseller may perform the following procedures:
Go to the App Management screen of the relevant Enterprise.
From the App Settings Management page, select the corresponding tab of the app.
Remove the app settings for the Enterprise.
Go back to the App Management page and configure the app settings.
Save the app management settings.
Notify the Enterprise to sync the application.
Steps for the Enterprise Admin
Part 1: Contact your provider to report this issue.
Part 2: When provider instructs you to sync the application:
Log in to the Enterprise Portal.
Go to Enterprise dashboard.
From the Enterprise Admin Action Items, click Sync [service] App.
