Do the following to successfully download, upload, and set up the app within Teams.

The steps presented in the Solution section of Delays in App Deployment article must be completed first before doing this.

  1. Under Custom Teams Application, click the Download to Sideload link of the relevant app.

    The Download Application form displays.

  2. Click Download Application.

  3. Open the MS Teams of the configured user, click Apps, and then click Manage your apps.

  5. Click Upload a custom app.
