Simultaneous ringing ("SIM-Ring" or "S-Ring") configurations in Netsapiens will send multiple INVITE messages, and these will each have the same Call-ID (by default). This can cause problems with processing these calls through the Teams connector and calls may get dropped.
Since Netsapiens v41, there is an option at a system level for the Core module to generate unique SIP Call-IDs for each of the S-Ring call legs since some termination carriers have issues processing non-unique Call-IDs.
This is configured by setting the new System Parameter <SRingUniqueCallId> to "yes".
The default for <SRingUniqueCallId> is "no" to preserve prior behavior.
