Issue
I am receiving SMS messages in my Carrier Portal, but they are not appearing in Microsoft Teams.
Solution
Ensure that the user's domain has been added in ConnecttoTeams SMS > SMS Domains screen. See 'Set up SMS service for the Domain corresponding to an Enterprise' in article SMS Domains for Netsapiens, Ringlogix, United Cloud, Viirtue Providers for detailed instructions.
If the domain is already registered and the expiry date is in the past, delete the domain and then re-add it to refresh the subscription with the SMS Carrier server.
