This document guides an Enterprise Admin in deploying the CallApp into an organization’s Microsoft Teams catalog.

Before You Begin

Arrange with your {{variable.site_brand_name}} service provider to enable the Call App service for your enterprise account.
Arrange with your {{variable.site_brand_name}} service provider to save the app settings in the App Management page.

Deploy and Sync the CallApp in Microsoft Teams

As the Global Administrator of the enterprise, From the Enterprise Admin Menu, navigate to Dashboard.
In the Enterprise Admin Action Items table, click the “Sync Call App” button.
Next, click Provision Application.

Results:

A status bar will be shown at the top right of the Dashboard page in the Custom Teams Application.

When completed, the Custom Teams Application will show something like this where the second column shows “CallApp Teams”.”

A confirmation message will appear in the activity feed once the app deployment is complete.
