Disabling Voicemail Notifications From The Chat Bot
You are receiving voicemail notifications from the custom Teams App, but do not want them. For example, you may prefer to access voicemail via email attachments.
Solution 1: If you are an Enterprise Admin configuring the apps in ConnecttoTeams Enterprise Portal, do not enable voicemail cards when configuring the application. Leave the box unchecked.
Solution 2: Mute the channel within the team that was created for the app. From the Teams sidebar click Teams, select the team for the app, select the channel that appears in the dropdown that appears, click the menu button on that channel, select "Channel notifications," and then select "Off."
Solution 3: Mute the chat related to the team in Chats.
