PBX Settings
VOIP.MS is a popular single tenant PBX. The information you need to setup the integration between your PBX domain on VOIP.MS and Microsoft Teams using ConnecttoTeams:
To set up the PBX you will need to complete the fields below (image). You will use the server domain from the VOIP.MS server you have selected. In the example below you see the information from VOIP.MS coupled with the where this information is entered for PBX settings in ConnecttoTeams:

PBX Location | Label as you see fit | Label the PBX something descriptive, particularly if the enterprise will have multiple PBXs. |
PBX DNS Lookup type | Host | The method to look up the SIP registration locations. |
PBX Outbound Transport Type | UDP | Transport type: UDP, TCP, TLS or combination UDP/TCP. UDP is preferred, but has implications for PIDF/LO emergency calls. |
PBX SIP Domain | PBX Domain | VOIP.MS server domain name |
PBX SIP Domain Proxy | Outbound Proxy | VOIP.MS server domain name |
PBX SIP Domain Proxy Port | 5060 - Standard Port | If you are using a non-standard port enter it in this field. |
Voicemail Feature Code | Feature Code for Voicemail access from a registered phone. | The Feature Code used to dial into Voicemail from a registered Phone (i.e. *97) |
Codecs | Choose which codecs you wish to use in the order you want them to be attempted |
Add User
To set up a VOIP.MS User with the Teams Connector you will need to complete the fields below per the instructions in the Table.
The information you will need to complete this comes from the VOIP.MS sub-account information as seen in this screenshot:
You will also need the Sub-account password you have set when you created the Sub-account or on the Edit Sub Account page as seen below:
