3CX is a popular single tenant PBX. Many 3CX distributors package use the ConnecttoTeams Connector to link 3CX either in a PBX or a SIP Trunk configuration. This article describes the information you need from 3CX to configure a PBX user in Microsoft Teams using ConnecttoTeams.
Once you have completed setup of Direct Routing and are ready for Step 6 in the Step-by-Step Guide you will need to populate the 3CX PBX information as follows:

Configure PBX User
To set up a 3CX User you will need to populate certain information from 3CX into ConnecttoTeams on the Add User page as seen below:
