Overview
The ConnecttoTeams Messaging Portal displays in-portal notifications whenever there is an active system incident. These notifications provide transparency and real-time awareness of any ongoing system issues, directly within the portal interface, so you can stay informed without leaving your workflow.
How You Are Notified
During a system incident, the Messaging Portal alerts you in two ways:
Alert Banner
An alert banner appears within the portal to indicate that a system incident is currently in progress. The banner is visible across the portal so the notification is not missed during normal use.
Status Icon
The status icon in the portal changes color when an incident is active, providing an additional visual cue alongside the alert banner.
Viewing Incident Details
Click the status icon to open the external status announcement page in a new browser tab. The status portal provides:
Real-time updates on active incidents.
Maintenance updates and scheduled service notifications.
Accessing the Status Portal Directly
You can also reach the status portal at any time, without first clicking the in-portal status icon, by navigating directly to:
https://status.connecttoteams.com
Bookmark this page for quick reference during any service interruption.
