This article shows how a user can utilize the Pause Inbound Calling feature.
This feature will only be available to your your Microsoft Teams client app if your Enterprise Admin enabled the Pause Inbound Calling feature for your enterprise.
The user interface for the MS Teams user varies depending on the Method chosen by the Enterprise Admin.
SIP 480 Method
When this method is configured in the PBX Settings, the MS Teams User will have the option to either:
Teams user may override the Interval In Minutes.
Teams user may toggle between enable or disable the Pause Inbound Calling based on Teams Presence.
NS As-Feature-Event Method
When this method is configured in the PBX Settings, the MS Teams User may toggle between enable and disable the Pause Inbound Calling based on Teams Presence.
BS As-Feature-Event Method
When this method is configured in the PBX Settings, the MS Teams User may toggle between enable and disable the Pause Inbound Calling based on Teams Presence.
