Problem

Sometimes you’ll get a message that indicates that there are no Microsoft Users that have the right assigned licensing that are not already provisioned in ConnecttoTeams.

Solution

This can be caused by one of the following:

  1. You do not have any Users with the right Microsoft licenses to add. You will need to add and assign compatible licenses to Users.

  2. You have made recent changes to licensing andConnecttoTeams to better understand the current license status in Microsoft Enterprise.

    a. The solution is generally to wait for the Microsoft propagation delay of 48 hours or open a support ticket with Microsoft as the Global Admin.

  3. The user has the Domestic Calling Plan license assigned in Microsoft. Remove it and allow time for Microsoft to propagate the changes, and try again.
