Setting Details
Call History Default Timezone
Sets the timezone for the timestamps in the CallApp call history. The default is UTC; you can change it to the user's local timezone or any specific timezone. All call records in your enterprise then use this timezone.
Show CallApp Alerting Toggle
"Controls whether Teams users see a toggle in CallApp settings for turning call alerting on or off. When enabled, users manage their own alerting preference. When disabled, the toggle is hidden and alerting is controlled centrally.
Show SIP Errors in CallApp Call History
Determines whether Teams users see SIP error codes displayed in the CallApp call history. Enabling this setting can be helpful for technical users or support staff who need visibility into call failure reasons.
When disabled, SIP error codes are hidden from the call history view.
When enabled, SIP error codes are shown such as in the image below which shows error codes 404 and 487 as examples.
