Add the PBX Connector App into Teams

This article provides instructions add the the PBX Connector Application into the Microsoft Teams client.

Note: Your Microsoft Global Admin must deploy the PBX Connector App before any user can use it. See PBX Connector Installation Step-by-Step Guide.


Add the PBX Connector App to Your Teams Client

  1. From MS Teams side menu, click ... (View more apps).

    The Search for apps panel displays.


  2. In the Search for apps field, type the name of the PBX app.

    The PBX app is searched and displayed.

  3. Right-click then click Pin.


    If the application fails to load correctly clear the cache and try again.

Note to the Reseller

The application name and icon may vary and are based on your configured Application Branding Icon. See more about branding in Customize and Deploy PBX App for an Enterprise. Assist the Enterprise Admin to install the PBX Connector.
