How to Connect an Extension PBX User (no DID) to Teams
PBX Users without a DID (PSTN Phone Number) can be connected to Microsoft Teams using their extensions as the ‘phone number’ using the ConnecttoTeams Connector. There are no additional steps required to enable this setting
Instructions
Navigate from Enterprise Dashboard to Users
Click the user you want to edit.
Simply add the extensions in the Phone Number field of the Edit User Page.
When you are done updating your PBX User Information, click Save User.
On your Dashboard ConnecttoTeams Users will have their extension under the Phone Number column. There will be a country code (i.e. +44 for the UK; +1 for US/Canada, etc.) prepended to each extension depending on the Microsoft registered location of the user.
