Export Users
Configured users in an Enterprise can be exported into CSV file using the Export Users functionality.
To export users in Enterprise, do the following:
Log in to the Enterprise Portal.
From the Enteprise Admin Menu, click on Users.
The Manage User screen is displayed.
Click the Export Users button.
A message is displayed confirming the report is generated in the Downloads menu.
Go to the Download menu and click the Download icon to export the report to the local machine.

Clicked the arrow icon in the Download column
A zipped file is downloaded to your local machine.

Extract the zipped file to view the exported user report in CSV format.
A CSV file is extracted.

Note: A file extractor is needed to extract the zipped file.
Open the extracted CSV file.
Result: The exported users in CSV format displays on the screen.
The Report Columns Explained
The following table contains the information available in the exported users in the CSV file.
Field | Description |

Teams User ID | Displays the Teams user ID |
User ID | Displays the user ID |
Password | Displays the password of the user in encrypted form. |
DID | Displays the phone number of the user. |

Portal Login Name | The user;s login name on the PBX Portal. |
Portal Login Password | The user’s password on the PBX Portal. |

Note to the Service Provider
As a service provider, you can download the Users from the Service Portal. From the left navigation, navigate to your customers menu until you reach the specific Enterprise. Then, navigate to the Users page of the subject enterprise.
