This presumes that you have the [API integration configured](/v1/docs/enterprise-configure-netsapiens-pbx), and you are familiar with the [general Bulk Import process.](/v1/docs/pbx-user-setup-bulk) Uploading via bulk with the Netsapiens, RingLogix, United Cloud, Viirtue API requires additional consideration when creating your upload file, depending on your circumstances: - The `SIPUserID` is the user@domain, typically extension@domain such as ‘123@domain’. - The `SIPAuthenticationId` is the user with device suffix, like ‘123t’, but without any @domain. - Bulk upload should create the device in the PBX system, if it doesn’t already exist. - In this case, you need to provide the `Password` . - However, *if you have the device already created*, then the `Password` must match exactly what is in the PBX system. With Netsapiens, RingLogix, United Cloud, Viirtue, ConnecttoTeams will download the SIP password from the PBX API, but can't update the password via PBX API. ConnecttoTeams can only do this when creating a new device. The `portalLoginName` might be needed if the user will want to access the PBX portal via the Teams PBX App add-on. The value is usually the same as the `SIPUserID`.
