# Configure Connector for Vodia

The ConnecttoTeams PBX Connector is middleware that allows you to easily link the native Microsoft Teams softphone to a Vodia PBX.

Once you have registered the Microsoft Office Tenant Enterprise through the ConnecttoTeams PBX Connector ([steps 1 through 5 in the Setup Guide](/v1/docs/pbx-connector-installation-step-by-step-guide)), you will need to to set up the Vodia PBX per the instructions below:

## **PBX SETTINGS**

On the PBX Setting page please complete the required fields seen in the image below with the fields identified in Table 1.

| **Field** | **Selection** | **Description** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| PBX Type | Vodia | PBX Manufacturer |
| PBX Location | Name this something descriptive, such as "downtown office" or "headquarters." | Some enterprises have multiple PBXs. Naming them helps reduce confusion. |
| PBX Outbound Transport Type | UDP | There are multiple options in this dropdown, but Vodia uses UDP. |
| **PBX DNS Lookup Type** | Host | There are multiple options in this dropdown, but Vodia uses Host. |
| PBX SIP Domain | This is found in the upper left-hand corner of the Vodia portal. | ![](https://cdn.elev.io/file/uploads/lWNkjTie1mEAGuhwq3R2SqTFcax3a6BIA1xEV-d9OvM/LdTb8r7oSzwFf5oq9lvDmoaH4ZzEyPHDBSIg4S5635Q/1648836405072-R6A.png) |
| **PBX SIP Domain Proxy** | **Same as the PBX SIP Domain** | Some PBXs use a domain proxy. Vodia does not. |
| Voicemail Feature Code | This controls the feature code sent to the PBX to invoke check voicemail. | Vodia's default is *62 so this will be auto-populated, but change it if your enterprise is using a custom code. |
| PBX SIP Domain Proxy Port | 5060 | If you are using a non-standard port enter it in this field. |
| Codecs | Leave as default | ConnecttoTeamssupports multiple codecs. Vodia uses G.711. |
