# Unable To Create Application Package for the Deployment

## **Issue : Unable To Create Application Package for the Deployment**

An error **Application sync failed - Unable to create an application package for the deployment** was encountered when deploying the app. See the sample image.

## Resolution

### Steps for the Reseller

When this issue is encountered when deploying an app, the **Reseller** must do the following:

1. Go to the **App Management** screen of the relevant Enterprise.
2. From the **App Settings Management** page, select the corresponding tab of the app.

4. Save the changes.
5. Notify the Enterprise to sync the application.

### Steps for the Enterprise Admin

Part I: Contact your provider to report this issue.

Part II: When provider instructs yo to sync the application:

1. Go to Enterprise dashboard.

**Result**: After sync, the following messages are generated in the logs for successful app deployment.
