Login Issue in Enterprise Portal

Problem

Your attempt to login to the ConnecttoTeams Enterprise Portal for the first time is failing. You are getting a message from ConnecttoTeams or from Microsoft that your credentials are not working.

Possible Solutions

  • Your enterprise registration may not be completed yet. Ensure that a Global Admin has completed your enterprise registration. To do so, always initiate the registration process by clicking the COMPLETE button provided in the Invitation email. Each link is individually generated.  You can right-click on the COMPLETE button, copy the link and open it in a private browsing window.

  • The Microsoft login credential you use to add Users must have a Global Administrator role in your Microsoft Entra organization.

  • If you receive the Microsoft error code AADSTS650052, see here for instructions on how to fix it.

  • Expired Microsoft credentials. This can be tricky because it doesn't come with an expired password error. Instead, it will ask you to sign out and log in again. If you experience this symptom, reset your Microsoft password and try again.

  • If you have multiple Microsoft credentials, open a private browsing window (i.e.: Incognito, Privacy, etc.) to force a new login session.

  • If the Microsoft Enterprise itself or the Global Administrator credential was recently added allow time for Microsoft to propagate the changes.
