If you are having trouble receiving notifications on your iOS device, check the following:

- If you have limited Teams App Notifications to specific activities, try setting this to "All Activity" for testing purposes.
- If you have set the Teams App Notification to "Block Notifications" based on Quiet Hours or "When Active on other devices", try turning these options off for testing purposes.

"Teams client" or "Teams client app" refers to the Microsoft Teams communications application. The various versions of Teams app are:

- Desktop Apps: Dedicated apps for Windows and macOS.
- Mobile Apps: Available on iOS and Android devices.
- Web Access: Accessible through any web browser on supported platforms
