# SMS messages received appear in Carrier Portal but not in Microsoft Teams

This article is applicable only if your SMS carrier is one of these providers: **Netsapiens, Ringlogix, UnitedCloud, Viirtue**.

## Issue

I am receiving SMS messages in my Carrier Portal, but they are not appearing in Microsoft Teams.

## Solution

Ensure that the user's domain has been added in ConnecttoTeams SMS > SMS Domains screen. See 'Set up SMS service for the Domain corresponding to an Enterprise' in article [SMS Domains for Netsapiens, Ringlogix, United Cloud, Viirtue Providers](/v1/docs/sms-domains-for-netsapiens-provider) for detailed instructions.

If the domain is already registered and the expiry date is in the past, delete the domain and then re-add it to refresh the subscription with the SMS Carrier server.
