# Export PBX Users

## **Export Users**

Configured users in an Enterprise can be exported into CSV file using the Export Users functionality.

To export users in Enterprise, do the following:

1. Log in to the Enterprise Portal.
2. From the [Enteprise Admin Menu](/v1/docs/enterprise-admin-guide), click on Users.

The Manage User screen is displayed.

A message is displayed confirming the report is generated in the Downloads menu.

5. Clicked the arrow icon in the Download column

A zipped file is downloaded to your local machine.

6. Extract the zipped file to view the exported user report in CSV format.

A CSV file is extracted.

**Note: A file extractor is needed to extract the zipped file.**
7. Open the extracted CSV file.

**Result**: The exported users in CSV format displays on the screen.

## The Report Columns Explained

The following table contains the information available in the exported users in the CSV file.

> Note to the Service Provider
> 
> As a service provider, you can download the Users from the [Service Portal](https://service.connecttoteams.com). From the left navigation, navigate to your customers menu until you reach the specific **Enterprise**. Then, navigate to the **Users** page of the subject enterprise.
