Post/provisioning/restoreUsers

Operation to Restore the Users from the System. When called by the Enterprise User - this operation also enables the Calling services for the given Users. When called by the user scoped by the Master Reseller, Reseller roles - the operation ONLY refreshes the Registrations and will require an Enterprise scoped user to perform the Synchronization operation to restore the services.
