Post/enterprise/uploadSMSUsersInBulkByReseller

Operation to Bulk add Enterprise users by Master Reseller or Reseller. This operation does not execute the Phone number setup at Microsoft. The operation schedules an update for the Enterprise Admin to login and call the Synchronize Teams Registration operation to setup the Phone number at Microsoft
